Instead, the entire event was taken online. Headline speakers include retired NASA Astronaut Cady Coleman, reputation specialists ESG Results’ chief executive Jessica Adelman and food research outfit Futurity’s Jack Bobo.
Agricultural air quality specialist Frank Mitloehner, from the University of California, Davis, is also set to headline on 22 May, with a paper entitled: Clearing the Air: Debunking the Myths of Agriculture.
The poultry sessions will focus on food safety in the American supply chain; how insect meal might play a role in birds’ diets in the future and ways antibiotic resistance can be managed.

The poultry sessions take place on 18 May. While registrants are encouraged to attend the sessions at the time of broadcast, they will be available as recordings afterwards.
