The firm has a mill at Killamarsh, in Derbyshire, and previously the parent company was Devenish Group.
It was founded in 1973 by the Proctor family and increasingly focused on organic feed production before switching entirely over in 2011.
Hi Peak is a producer of poultry feed, but also supplies products into the pig and ruminant markets.
In a letter seen by Poultry.Network, general manager Peter Griffin said: “Hi Peak will continue as a subsidiary of Noble Foods, and there are no immediate plans in place to change trading terms.”
Tim Goldsbrough, managing director of Noble Foods’ milling business, said: “We have an ambition to grow our milling operations as part of our business strategy.
“The Hi Peak acquisition allows us to increase our production capacity while further enhancing our sustainability credentials, given that it is an organic-accredited site.
“We’re excited to welcome the team to the Noble Foods family and see the results from this venture.”
