British Lion egg processors have launched a new campaign aimed at encouraging the food service sector to source British eggs.

It is a digital advertising initiative aimed at UK food business operators through late summer and Autumn via linked in and trade magazines.

The BEIC will share research that suggests two-thirds of shoppers have more congidence in food proucts made with Lion eggs, and “expect” supermarket products like quiche to be made with them.
