NOBLE FOODS has announced the appointment of Laura Sheard to the newly created role of marketing and innovation director.
Ms Sheard joins the firm from theme-park giant Merlin Entertainments, where was sales and marketing director responsible for the ten attractions across the brand’s portfolio in Australia and New Zealand.

She began her career with confectioner Mars as a graduate trainee, before holding roles at Coca-Cola and Dairy Crest, and has looked after brands like Cathedral City and FRijj in the dairy sector.
She joined Merlin Entertainments in 2016 as sales and marketing director for Legoland Windsor.

Egg consumption boom
Ms Sheard added: “This is an exciting time to join the Noble Foods business; as egg consumption has boomed over the last year, when more meals have been consumed in the home during lockdown, and our challenge is to maintain these new habits and continue to encourage shoppers to trade up into branded and premium products.
