NOBLE FOODS has confirmed that the managing director of its consumer foods division, Veli Moluluo, will leave the company at the end of this month.

Mr Moluluo has held a range of senior positions within Noble Foods, being appointed managing director of the division in 2016.

At the time he was tasked with driving growth of Noble’s own-label and branded egg sales, and he has since been a prominent figure within the egg industry.

He joined Noble Foods in 2010 and worked in a range of roles in the egg business before being appointed commercial director for subsidiary Gü Puds in 2014.

In 2016 Mr Moluluo returned to Noble Foods as a commercial director before being made managing director of the consumer foods division in 2016.

Dale Burnett, the firm’s chief executive, will oversee the consumer foods division upon his departure.

‘Successful tenure’

A Noble Foods spokesman said: “Veli Moluluo will be leaving Noble Foods at the end of June 2020 after a successful tenure as managing director of our consumer foods division over the last four years.

“Veli joined Noble Foods in 2010 and supported the successful growth of both the Gü and the happy egg co. brands, before taking on the responsibility of the full Noble Foods consumer foods division and making a considerable contribution to the business.

“Veli goes with our very best wishes for his next venture.”
