THE PIG AND POULTRY FAIR has been pushed back to 2022 following ongoing uncertainty caused by the coronavirus pandemic.
It was cancelled this year and was provisionally set to take place in 2021.
But the Royal Agricultural Society of England (RASE), which owns the event, said trustees had now decided to postpone the fair until 2022.
It does, however, hope to have an online event in 2021 to “facilitate the exchange of information between exhibitors and producers”.
RASE said it would next physically take place on 10 and 11 May 2022.
A spokesperson for the event said: “We would like to thank everyone for their support through this most difficult of years and look forward to working with exhibitors, partners and sponsors to deliver the best Fair yet in May 2022.”
