The Pearse Lyons Accelerator businesses working in the poultry sector

ALLTECH selects a number of companies each year to take part in its accelerator scheme, which is designed to offer a launch pad for businesses “disrupting” food and ag-tech.

Alltech mentors the startups, offers a business boot camp and links the companies with contacts in agriculture. Unlike many similar programmes, it does not automatically take equity in the businesses.

This year, three were working on projects in the poultry sector.
