Noble Foods has launched a new egg-based food-to-go brand, Kudos, as it looks to create additional demand for British eggs in snacking and convenience formats.
The range went into Sainsbury’s stores from 1 September, with Feta & Tomato Egg Bites listed in 410 stores and Shakshuka Saucy Egg Pots in 423. Both products are available as meal-deal snack options.

The products use free-range British eggs and were developed over 18 months. Noble Foods said further variants are planned, including Ham Hock and Jalapeño Chilli Egg Bites, plus Mexican Bean and Chickpea Masala Saucy Egg Pots.
Kudos was developed at the company’s Leicester Innovation Hub, which has doubled in capacity since 2025. Noble Foods said the brand could later expand into other food-to-go and chilled categories.
The company cited a UK retail food-to-go market worth £4.8bn and growing 5.4% year on year. Its consumer research also found that 55% wanted more variety in egg snacks and 50% wanted more flavour choice.
James Howes, category and brand marketing manager at Noble Foods, said Kudos would help “drive demand for British egg production” by taking eggs into new eating occasions.
